Keith Alsheimer, President
Keith has more than a decade of experience in the janitorial and sanitary
supply industry, serving most recently as the Vice President of Marketing
for the Butcher Company, a major manufacturer of industrial cleaning
chemicals. Keith is widely recognized for his in-depth understanding of the
contract cleaning industry, as well as health care, education and hospitality
industry segments. Keith is responsible for the development of two of the
industry's leading dilution control systems and holds a patent for his
creation of a unique training platform for the janitorial industry. Keith
served in the United States Army as a company commander and holds a
bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.
Doug Bachelor, Chief Technology & Operating Officer
Doug brings to Cleanwise more than 22 years of senior and executive experience in developing technology to enable
businesses to differentiate themselves, in building and managing empowered teams, and in
implementing complex business solutions and operations.
Before joining Cleanwise, he founded SinglePoint Financial as the Chief Technology and
Operating Officer, designed and developed leading-edge, Java J2EE web-based investment planning and portfolio
management applications, established a strategic Standard & Poors relationship, and sold the
company for investor value and returns. Prior to his tenure at SinglePoint Financial, Doug was the
Senior Director at New England Business Services, where he was involved with directing the
the database and marketing applications, including re-engineering and implementing
next-phase company transactional and analytical systems. Doug held senior positions at Early Cloud and
MRO Software, and Digital Tools where he defined future technology and business direction and orchestrated global
professional services initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in
chemistry from the University of Indiana, Bachelor of Science in
Accounting and Data Processing from Minot State College, and a
Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota.
Doug also served in the United States Air Force.
Frank Barretta, Vice President Sales
Frank started in the janitorial and sanitary supply industry over 18 years
ago as a Regional Sales Manager for Sani-Fresh International. Since then, Frank has acquired expertise in jan/san distribution working with \
Mt. Ellis Paper Company and Bunzl Distribution. Serving in multiple
sales capacities, Frank has developed an intricate understanding of the
building service contractor, retailer, healthcare and food service segments.
Frank possesses a vast knowledge of supply chain integration and multiple
manufacturer relationships. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the
University of Delaware.
Andrianne H. Fitzgerald, Vice President, Operations
Andrianne has been instrumental in leading the product management of Cleanwise's flagship
e-Procurement and Supply Chain applications. She has over 20 years of vast and
senior experience in sales, marketing, training, and operations. She has strong entreprenuerial business
acument and owns a multi-million dollar business. Previously, she spent 17 years at the
Butcher Company, progressing upward in increasing responsibilities in sales,
product management, training, and marketing to the Vice President of Training, Product
Marketing, and Communications. She has won a number of awards in her career around sales,
operations, and customer service. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from New England College.
