Implementation Options
Our services methodology offers two options:
- Pilot - The intent of the pilot is to define and implement a limited solution for
a specified period of time, establish measurement metrics, and evaluate the results.
- Incremental Launches - Launches are planned and initiated incrementally and
the entire solution is rolled out over time.
We apply a structured process, which includes a customer Jan/San assessment,
presentation of analysis, collaboration jointly with our customers to evaluate issues,
define our product offering, gather the required customer information,
and establish and manage the objectives and metrics.
The Assessment involves understanding our customer's requirements, their current Jan/San operations and
business processes, the products they utilize, and their most critical needs. The assessment also
enables us to determine the best services and value we can provide to our customers.
Our approach is incremental and in partnership with our customers. As we analyze the operations
and procurement, we identify optimization and savings opportunities and work with our
customers to implement.

Continuous Monitoring, Refinement & Optimization
We conduct periodic reviews, analyzing procurement practices, products purchased, and
servicing. We report analyses and recommendations to our customers and assist them in
implementing further optimization initiatives.
