Cleanwise combines innovative technology and Jan/San experience to give its customers
comprehensive spending controls and proactive checks and balances. We offer our customers branded web sites for their procurement activities. Different
types of user permissions are available and determine what purchasing and reporting
capabilities are provided to customers.
We enable our applications to be linked directly to existing customer procurement applications.
Orders are automatically processed in our applications and specific purchasing rules and practices
are applied.
We can support tailored product offerings based on different geographies and customer
locations as well as leveraging company-wide product initiatives for maximum pricing
leverage. Contract and off-contract purchases can be combined across many distribution
points and provide our customers with flexibility, control, and tailored pricing. Cleanwise
minimizes shopping off contract and maverick purchasing by continuously monitoring and
applying pre-defined business rules and facilitating review processes. We enable the product offering to
evolve and expand as our customer's requirements change.

Spending Checks & Balances
Controlling the spend proactively and ensuring checks and balances are in place is
an integral aspect of Cleanwise's spending control. We enable spending limits
to be established by person, customer location, or cost center. Business rules and notification
are configured to identify and hold for review or reject purchasing that exceeds monthly or
cumulative targets.
Automatic e-mail notification of exceptions and deviations occur as soon as the activity occurs.
Cleanwise's workflow routing and approval capabilities direct the deviation to the responsible reviewer.
The reviewer can initiate any number of actions, including changing the order, approving it, or canceling the
request.
Spending and variance are collected, consolidated and analyzed as they occur.

On-Demand Reporting
Cleanwise offers real time visibility over spending patterns. We enable multiple slices of
the information, including single location and aggregated multi-location reporting.
Many pre-established reports exist as well as user-specified filtering and download of
information into Excel. The reporting provides summary and drill-down of purchasing and
budgetary information and manage problem areas by exception.

SmartBudgetTM System
Cleanwise offers extended budgeting and cost control capabilities. Our customers can organize a cost center
structure and establish and manage fiscal budgets by product category and location.
Custom spending limits can be established as well as budget control business rules.
By combining a comprehensive cost control structure and applying proactive business
rules customers can actively monitor and reduce total spend. Focused budget control
online reporting and real-time alerts and notifications for threshold deviations facilitate and
guide the cost containment process.
