Consolidated Product Bundle
Cleanwise offers a substantive janitorial and cleaning products offering, combining the
products from over a hundred different distributors and manufacturers. We work with our customers
to understand their purchasing history and requirements and collaborate on strategies to
optimize and standardize their procurement offering. Cleanwise facilitates the analysis and
refinement of operational and business processes and incrementally standardizes purchase and
service levels, reducing inefficiencies and duplication and more effectively aggregating and aligning
products and supply vendors. Distribution is flexibly integrated to meet critical customer needs.
Through standardization and consolidation, Cleanwise and its customers are able to leverage purchasing volumes and achieve lower contract
pricing. Training activities are simplified and standardized as well as operational cleaning and
maintenance processes. Regulatory compliance can be more effectively achieved and managed. Fulfillment is
streamlined, resulting in fewer stock-outs and improved inventory control.

Optimize Product Bundle
Cleanwise continuously monitors product spend and examines usage and the
operational systems. We conduct periodic assessment meetings with our customers
and review the product bundle in conjunction with the customer location profiles and
spend behavior and apply key performance indicators and metrics. The reviews culminate in
discussions and initiatives for further optimizing the product and procedural mix. Outcomes
can include installing cost reduction systems around chemical dilution control and varying the
product offering.
Cleanwise customers achieve the best product system, which enables them to increase
productivity and lower costs over time.

Customization
Given our customers' special needs, we work together to customize the product offering
initially and on an ongoing basis. We define a process for reviewing and adding new products.
New product offerings are planned with respect to existing and potentially new distribution and
manufacturer partners.
Cleanwise also reviews requests to enhance and customize their applications, including
adding new capabilities, new business rules, new reports, and other features that will help our customers
more effectively manage their operations. These requests are reviewed with the customer and often
implemented across the application.
