Cleanwise has developed a suite of rich reporting tools for assessing business, operational,
and spend performance. The tools enable key performance indicators to be established and reviewed
with respect to actual performance at periodic intervals. Deviations are quickly identified at a
high level. Detailed drill-down and usage analysis determines problem areas and
opportunities for further cost savings and greater operational effectiveness.
Potential theft, misuse, non-compliance, and poor procedures can be identified and quantified. Corrective actions
can be taken quickly to resolve the issues.

Custom Reporting
Cleanwise can establish custom reports from the application for future use. In addition,
reporting is tailored flexibly to meet individual needs. Special reporting can include
product mix and concentration and spending and quantity trends.
Cleanwise can also work with the customer to perform custom analysis and assessments.

Process Automation
By utilizing the Cleanwise application and tools and potentially integrating with our
customer's applications, we can lower administrative and invoice processing
costs. Streamlining and automating the order processing administrative
activities saved one of our customers over $6 million in annual costs, while
reducing the transaction processing time. Establishing automated order scheduling reduced customer fulfillment issues
and saved over $100,000 annually for another customer.

Custom Programs
The Jan/San industry has many special regulatory, safety, and health requirements. In addition,
there are specified cleaning practices for many products. Cleanwise can be engaged in
planning and facilitating activities around Slip/Fall, procedural training,
and inventory management.
Implementing a company-wide slip fall program mitigated several million dollars of
risk. Implementing inventory-based ordering minimized over and under stock situations and
optimized the order initiation and fulfillment processing.
