Where do I log in on the Cleanwise site? When you open up the Internet (Netscape or Explorer - best with 4.0 or higher) type www.cleanwise.com in the window. This will bring you to the Cleanwise home page. On the left hand side of the page, you will see the words log in; this is how you access the Cleanwise site. Add us to your favorites for even quicker access next time!

How can I obtain a username and password?
Cleanwise will provide you with a username and password. If you have not received your username and password and are responsible for placing orders on our website, contact our Customer Resource Center 877-778-8067 or email resourcecenter@cleanwise.com.

I forgot my username and password, what do I do?
If you forget your username and password, you should check your October 2001 Material Logistics Bulletin, click or contact your District Materials Management Specialist and they will be able to provide you with your username and password.

How do I change my username and password?
There may be an occasion when you wish to change your username and password. You will have the ability to change a password, however, you cannot change a username. Usernames are developed and assigned for each location.

You can request to change a password anytime. You can click contact our Customer Resource Center at 877-778-8067or email us at resourcecenter@cleanwise.com. Our Customer Service Representative will document your request, research information and e-mail the information to you.

We understand this adds an extra layer of complexity but feel it is a necessary step to protect the integrity of the password security and further protects Cleanwise and our end users from password theft.

Where do I go to place an order with Cleanwise?
When you want to place an order with Cleanwise, it is easy and fast, you may:

  • Log in to www.cleanwise.com
  • Call us at 877-778-8067 or fax us at 877-778-9997 with your completed order guide.

What is an order guide and how do I get one?
An order guide is a quick reference list of all of the products that Cleanwise offers to the USPS. An order guide was sent with your Cleanwise catalog. The fastest way to get a new order guide is by sending us an email at resourcecenter@cleanwise.com. Once we receive your request, we will email you the order guide.

I completed placing my order, is there anything special I need to do to exit the Cleanwise website?
Once you have completed your order and have received an order number, your order is complete. If you would like to terminate your session with Cleanwise, click "Log out" in the upper right hand corner.

I know the exact item I want to order, is there an easy way to include this item with my current order?
In cleanwise.com click on the "Search" button and enter either the item # (Cleanwise SKU, found in your catalog or on your order guide) or enter the Product Name, Click "GO" select the item, enter the quantity, and then click "Add to Cart".

How do I know that my order was actually placed?
After you click the "Place Order" button your screen will refresh with the confirmation for your order. This confirmation page identifies the products and quantities you ordered, the shipping and billing address for the order, the total amount of the order placed and in the top left hand corner will be your order confirmation number. This number is your reference number when inquiring about your order. It is a good idea to print this page out and keep it as a reference.

Can I order products that are not listed in my order guide/catalog?
Your order guide was established in coordination with Cleanwise's product offerings and the Postal Contract #483083-01-B-0677.

If you would like to request that a product be added to the contract, you should contact our Customer Resource Center at

How long will it take to receive my order?
No matter what method you use to place an order (eBuy, www.cleanwise.com, fax), all orders will ship within 24 hours or on a scheduled delivery day.

I want to use my credit card to place an order, where do I place this information?
All USPS employees are required to use their FEDSTRIP number when placing orders with Cleanwise. When you have completed selecting your products for your order, click "Place Order", you will be brought to a screen that will prompt you to enter your FEDSTRIP number.

How do I change my shipping address on my order?
If you have several addresses associated with your account, when you log in to www.cleanwise.com you will see in the upper left hand corner a statement "Choose Another Address" click on the statement. There will be a drop down menu that will allow you to select the appropriate address. If you can't find a specific address, call our Customer Resource Center at 877-778-8067.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item from your website, what do I do?
If you have not clicked the "Place Order" button you can still change the order. Click on the "View Cart" button and there you may edit any of the quantities in your order. Once you have made the changes, you will need to click the "Update Quantities" button to reflect your changes.

If you have already placed the order, you will need to contact our Customer Resource Center at 877-778-8067 or fax us at 877-778-9997. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to resolve your issue. If your order has already been shipped, you may be subject to freight charges if you decide to effect the change.

Is there an alternative way to order products other than using eBuy or www.Cleanwise.com?
Yes, you can always order Cleanwise products by fax or by phone. You will need to fill out an order guide and fax it to us at 877-778-9997 or you may call us at 877-778-8067.
